It is soluble in various solvents and has good compatibility with other resins. Has a certain degree of solvent resistance. It is a flowable powder.

Ultra high viscosity, high molecular weight, and extremely high film-forming strength

381 series has the highest viscosity grade and a large molecular weight; The hardness, wear resistance, and tear resistance of the paint film are much better than CAB-381-0.5/2; Adding it will significantly increase the viscosity of the system and is not suitable for spraying base paint or high solid content formula 1688 .

Excellent film-forming main resin

Can be used as the main film-forming material for ink and leather coatings, rather than just as an additive; Dense film formation, outstanding water and oil resistance, can partially replace nitrocellulose NC, avoiding the risk of nitrocellulose hazardous material control Eastman.

Construction and surface control

Accelerate solvent evaporation and improve surface drying speed; Improve pigment wetting and enhance printing clarity; It has anti adhesion, anti sagging, anti biting bottom, and anti-seepage color effects. Metallic pigments have decent directional ability, but are limited by high viscosity and are rarely used in metallic base paints.

Weather resistant and yellowing resistant, thermoplastic system

Good UV stability, not prone to yellowing or powdering outdoors; Thermoplasticity is predominant; The hydroxyl content of 1.8% is relatively low and is generally not used in two-component PU crosslinking systems.

Good solubility and compatibility

Soluble in ketone and ester solvents; Excellent compatibility with acrylic, nitro, and alkyd resins, with clear solutions; The formula requires a higher amount of solvent to reduce construction viscosity.
